**A:**若您使用我們網站的「線上預約」功能,在您預約完成機場接送服務之後,我們將會立即與您聯繫。而之後也會使用 Line 與您做後續的溝通,我們有專業的 Line 客服隨時為您服務。打電話預約的乘客,我們亦會請您加入我們的 Line,以便後續聯繫。
Q: How do I know if my airport transfer reservation is confirmed?
A: After submitting your reservation online, we will contact you immediately and follow up via LINE. Phone reservations will also be confirmed and followed up via LINE.

Q:如何取消機場接送服務,會產生額外費用嗎?

**A:**若因故需要取消服務,請盡快於出發前 24 小時通知。可透過 LINE 聯繫我們;若通知過晚,導致車輛已出發或發生調度損失,將酌收部分車資補償。
